How much do your tiny homes cost?

Our tiny homes start from $99,500 including GST for selected models. Pricing may vary depending on options, upgrades, delivery location, and customisations. Contact us for a tailored quote.

 

Are your tiny homes road legal?

Yes. Our tiny homes are built on road-legal trailers and are supplied with current registration and WOF where applicable.

 

Can the tiny home be relocated?

Yes. Our homes are designed to be relocatable. Future relocations should be carried out by suitably qualified transport companies.

 

Are your tiny homes consent exempt?

Requirements vary between councils and sites. Customers are responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with local council requirements. We are happy to assist with information where possible.

 

What is included in the standard build?

Standard inclusions vary by model but may include:

• Double glazing

• Insulation

• Full kitchen

• Bathroom with shower and toilet

• LED lighting

• Hot water system

• Flooring and cabinetry

• Appliances as specified

Do your tiny homes include solar?

Many of our models can be supplied with solar systems. Solar package sizes and specifications vary by model and customer requirements.

 

Can I customise my tiny home?

Absolutely. Colours, finishes and some layouts can be customised. Changes after construction has commenced may incur additional costs or may not be possible.

 

How long does a build take?

Build times vary depending on workload, materials and customisation. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors outside our control.

 

Do you deliver throughout New Zealand?

Yes. We can arrange delivery throughout New Zealand. Delivery costs vary depending on location and site access.

 

What site access is required?

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access to their site. This includes adequate width, turning space, ground conditions and overhead clearances. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ from those advised.

 

Do you offer finance?

We do not currently offer in-house finance, however customers are welcome to arrange finance through their preferred provider.

 

What warranty do you provide?

A&K Tiny Homes provides warranty coverage in accordance with the warranty documentation supplied with your build. Nothing in our warranty limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

Is the warranty return-to-base?

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, warranty repairs are undertaken on a return-to-base basis at our workshop.

 

Can I inspect my tiny home before delivery?

Yes. We strongly encourage customers to inspect their tiny home prior to delivery. This allows any final adjustments to be identified before transport.

 

Can tiny homes be used as rental accommodation?

Please discuss intended commercial or rental use with us prior to purchase, as warranty conditions may differ.
