Product Specifications

A&K Tiny Homes reserves the right to modify designs, materials, appliances, fittings, and specifications where necessary due to supplier availability, product improvements, or manufacturing requirements.

Any significant changes to a customer's ordered unit will be discussed with the customer where applicable.

 

 

Orders and Deposits

​

Orders are subject to acceptance by A&K Tiny Homes.

Build slots may require a deposit to secure production scheduling.

Specific payment terms, deposit requirements, progress payments, and completion payments will be outlined within the customer's sales agreement.

 

 

Delivery

​

Delivery is charged directly by Unique Haulage & Piloting

Delivery costs vary depending on destination, site access, permits, and transport requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable site access is available prior to delivery.

Additional charges may apply where access conditions differ from those originally advised.

 

 

Warranty

​

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty & Aftercare Policy and any applicable obligations under New Zealand consumer law.

Where practical, warranty work may require the tiny home to be returned to our facility for assessment and repair.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&K Tiny Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on information contained within it.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.
