Finding the Right Layout
We start by looking at how you want to use the space. Our proven floor plans provide a practical starting point, and we work through the options with you to find the layout that best suits your lifestyle, site and budget.
Making It Yours
Next, you’ll choose the colours and finishes that give your home its character. This includes exterior cladding, interior walls, flooring, cabinetry and benchtops, with guidance from us to help everything work together.
Locking in the Details
Once the layout, specifications and finishes have been selected, we confirm the final details together before construction begins. This gives you confidence in what is being built and gives our team a clear, agreed plan to follow.
From the ground up
Every A&K tiny home begins with a strong steel structure and is built by our team here in Chertsey. These photos offer an honest look at the process—from the floor frame and structural shell through to insulated wall panels, roofing and preparation for the interior fit-out. We build several homes alongside each other, so you may see different units progressing at different stages.

Crafting the Interior
Once the structural shell is complete, the home begins to take on its character. Across our builds, this stage includes insulation, internal framing, feature ceilings, flooring, handcrafted cabinetry, appliances, lighting and bathroom installation. These photographs show different A&K homes progressing through the fit-out process.

Every A&K Tiny Home is built around the people who will live in it, which means no two are quite the same. These previous builds showcase some of the layouts, finishes, cabinetry and individual choices we've created over the years.
Our homes have continued to evolve, and our latest generation brings new designs, materials and options while keeping the practical thinking and craftsmanship behind our earlier builds.
